Winter Baseball Training

Get a jump on the upcoming season by joining our winter training programs. Get instruction and repetitions from the best professional instructors in the area in all of the essential areas: hitting, throwing, fielding, pitching, and baserunning. These are five-week sessions at The Perfect Swing in Darien. We are limiting players per session to maintain a low instructor to player ratio so reserve your spot now.

Hitting, Pitching and Fielding Camp

Saturdays, 1/19-2/9, 2-4pm, $159
Sundays, 1/20-2/10, 5-7pm, $159
Saturdays, 2/16-3/16, 2-4pm, $199

Catcher Camp

This Camp is designed for those that want to take their catching skills to the next level. Learn updated techniques on how to receive, block, throw out baserunners, and more.

Hitting Camp

The hitting camp provides participants with one-on-one instruction, drill work, and live hitting along with drill work and videotape analysis.
